Kongsberg bullshit continues.

I want to quote a statement taken from the online version http://timesbulletin.com/ about the Kongsberg issue.

“quote”,  Spencer took the time to explain what has happened in all industries in the global economy but perhaps in the automotive industry more than others. He pointed out that there were two classes of customers that existed today. The first bought from certain customers, no matter what the price, for a variety of reasons from country loyalty to quality. The second class, which is larger and growing daily, is comprised of customers whose only concern is the lowest possible prices. “end quote”

The first type listed are the companies that still believe in producing the highest quality product. The second class he spoke of are not about quality at all. Just lowest price like he said. Now with that being said he might as well said “customers buying Chinese made products”.

Globalization has been around for many years but  it’s not just a matter of global exploitation. We as a country are being exploited by foreign control of United States interests. This can NOT be allowed to continue.  We have government officials selling U.S. jobs to European companies that are national defense jobs ie Boeing. Thats just retarded regardless of world or military allaince.

Alot of why American companies can’t compete on a global market is because of lazy incompetent company managers from CEO on down.  It’s pretty brainless to simply market your product via production by sweat shop laborers. From a market standpoint people will always prefer quality to quantity. I am using China as an example but there are many more foreign companies buying up top of the line U.S. companies that run them into the ground. Look at the stuff we buy in stores today and compare it to stuff we bought 20-30 years ago. From a quality standpoint its probably 50% less then it was back when we bought from our neighbors. Remember the day?  I sure do!

Kongsberg is just another bad example of whats wrong with U.S. labor markets. Our government has and is selling us out day by day. What do we pay them for i ask? What do they do for me and you other then make things worse for us as a nation in general simply because they are bought out by lobbyists for this and that.

We can no longer allow globalization or world markets to control our future for us.  I’ve pondered this question for many months. We won’t conduct trade with Cuba but we will with China? How come the United States conducts business with communist regimes? Something is terribly wrong here is it not. Truth be told our government starting at federal levels is failing us as American’s and they have been for quite some time.

They stick there noses in area’s it doesn’t belong and turn it away from area’s it needs to look into. In ending if a business can’t afford your product they you provide a means for them to pay it back over time. You don’t go for 40 cents and hour labor in China for crying out loud. You help your neighbor and his business out  Our government really can’t do anything for us so just maybe its time we start organizing and doing things for ourselves. First step is to organize and vote out the worthless politicans that have been burying our country over the past 8 years into the ground.
